The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) has ruled that the Sept. 18 shooting that occurred on the 2200 block of W. North Avenue was justified.
On Sept. 18, at approximately 12:32 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to a home in the 2200 block of W. North Avenue for a well-being check.
Upon arrival, officers located a 32-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
