Security Guard Kills One, Wounds Another at Grocery Store, Police Say

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a grocery store shooting that left one dead and another wounded on July 13.

According to a press release, officers were called at around 4:30 p.m. to a grocery store on the 6600 block of Reisterstown Road, where they found an adult man with multiple gunshot wounds and an adult woman with a gunshot wound.

A preliminary investigation revealed that both victims were shot, following a physical altercation, by a security guard working at the grocery store .

Both victims were taken to local hospitals. The male victim was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. Police did not mention the female victim’s condition.
