The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a fatal shooting incident that occurred in the Western District.
Kirsten Washington, 31, was killed on May 26, in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Police announced the death of Devin Thompson, 27, on May 27.
