Scott Barnett, 45, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Copeland on June 27 to set a date for the trial of a double homicide from 2014. Barnett is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and use of a dangerous weapon with intent to injure. According to charging documents, the victims, Terril Lehman, 51, and Charles Webster, 46, were allowing Barnett and the mother of his child to live in the basement of their home on the 1600 block of Ralworth Road.
