The case of an alleged murderer was not called on Sept. 16, despite being scheduled on the docket for reception court before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa Phinn.
Baltimore resident Norman Lawson, 25, was scheduled to have his case heard on Thursday; however neither the prosecution nor the defense attorney, Natalie McKeown-Finegar, discussed the case during the three-hour reception court proceeding.
Lawson is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of use of a deadly weapon with the intent to injure. He was charged in connection to an incident on April 12, 2020.
Lawson’s case is scheduled to appear in court on March 22, 2022 at 9 a.m. in courtroom F1 in the Cummings Courthouse.
