On Aug. 31, at approximately 10:23 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of Saint Paul Street, to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located 22-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to area hospitals and is listed in stable condition.
