Riverview Avenue Shooting Victim in Stable Condition

On April 15, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Once at the hospital, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 36-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the left leg. The victim is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was on the 6500 block of Riverview Avenue where he was shot by an unidentified suspect.

Southwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Southwest District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2488.
