The prosecutor assigned in a case against a Baltimore man facing attempted murder charges entered a nolle pros on all charges Feb. 28 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jeannie J. Hong.
Marcel Moses, 33, was charged with first and second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, having a handgun on his person, discharging firearms, the use of a firearm during a felony violent crime, two counts of possession of a firearm with a felony conviction, and illegal possession of ammo in connection to an incident on Feb. 23, 2022.
According to court documents, on the day of the incident officers were called to the 3600 block of Kenyon Avenue for reports of an aggravated assault. On arrival, officers spoke with a woman who said that her ex-boyfriend, the defendant, shot a gun at her current boyfriend.
She stated that the two men had engaged in a verbal dispute. When she and her boyfriend tried to drive away, she said the defendant allegedly began shooting at them.
