All charges against attempted homicide defendant Wondnetta Shaw were dismissed on Sept. 25.
Shaw and her defense attorney, Lawrence Rosenberg, appeared before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Barry G. Williams on Wednesday morning when the prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi decision, effectively dismissing the charges. Shaw was initially charged with attempted first and second-degree murder, first and second-degree assault and firearm use in a felony or violent crime as well as conspiracy-related charges.
A reason for the case’s dismissal was not discussed in open court.
