The prosecution dropped three separate cases against a 34-year-old man on Sept. 23 during reception court at Baltimore City Circuit Court.
The three cases involved charges of assault, robbery, and discharging a gun. The incident dates were June 4, June 18, and July 24, 2020.
On Thursday, the prosecution chose to enter a nolle pros with each case, meaning they are choosing to drop the charges and the cases will be closed.
