A pre-trial conference for a Baltimore man was rescheduled on Feb. 8 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer Schiffer.
Devin Green, 18, is charged with first-degree murder, armed robbery, attempted robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of a use of firearm in a violent crime, first and second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, and having a loaded handgun on his person in connection to an incident on Aug. 17, 2021.
On Tuesday, Judge Schiffer listened as the prosecutor argued that the discovery for the case has not been completed.
Green’s next hearing is scheduled for Feb. 8.
