Poppleton Shooting Leaves 36-Year-Old Man in Serious Condition

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in Southwest Baltimore.

On Dec. 11, at approximately 1:56 p.m., Southwest District officers responded to the 300 block of N. Arlington Avenue following a report of a shooting and a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers found a 36-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.

Southwest District shooting detectives are currently investigating the incident. Preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting occurred near the intersection of N. Arlington Avenue and Mulberry Street.
