Police Update Non-fatal Shooting on McHenry Street to Homicide

The Baltimore Police Department updated the status of a non-fatal shooting that occurred on Oct. 2 to homicide.

According to the press release, the BPD announced the death of a 20-year-old male who was shot on Oct. 2 on the 2500 block of Mchenry Street. The victim was pronounced dead on Oct. 3.

The victim suffered from a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to an area hospital Wednesday in critical condition.

Police announced that a person of interest was apprehended.
