Police Seek Help Identifying 2 Persons of Interest in Homicide

The Baltimore Police Department is seeking help identifying two persons of interest in connection to a homicide that occurred on July 19.

On July 20, police identified the victim as 64-year-old Vaseles Nettles. According to a press release, he was shot on the 3800 block of W. Forest Park Avenue on Monday while attempting to retrieve his stolen scooter.
