Police Respond to North Potomac Street Shooting

On July 24, at approximately 1:16 a.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to a home on the 600 block of North Potomac Street for a report of a shooting.

Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located 32-year-old Reginald Coffey suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the scene and transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.

Southeast District detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2422 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.

Update: Coffey was pronounced deceased July 28.
