In reference to the death of 60-year-old Victorino Malabayabas, who died on Aug. 23, 2022, after being assaulted and robbed on Aug. 20, 2022, on the 600 block of South Kenwood Avenue, 23-year-old Antonio Bardney was extradited from Eastern Correctional Institute to Central Booking Intake Facility on Oct. 25.
Antonio Bardney is currently being charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bail.
