Shooting detectives for the Northeast District of the Baltimore Police Department are investigating the non-fatal shooting of 21-year-old male on Oct 22.
On Saturday, at approximately 1:42 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of 31st Street to investigate reports of a shooting.
Once officers arrived they located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot. The victim was transported to an area hospital.
