Police Investigating Shooting Death of 18-Year-Old Woman at Northwest Baltimore Home

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating the death of an 18-year-old woman who was found fatally shot in the Northwest District.

On May 9, at approximately 4:08 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to a home on the 3100 block of Baker Street to investigate a report of a shooting.

Once there, officers located the 18-year-old woman suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound.

Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.

The victim’s remains have been transported to the Office of the Medical Examiner for an autopsy.

Police say an update will be provided once the autopsy findings are complete.
