Southern District homicide detectives with the Baltimore Police Department are seeking information in connection to a shooting on Oct. 27.
On Thursday, at approximately 3:29 a.m., patrol officers responded to reports of 39-year-old David Ramirez on the 3300 block of Annapolis Road.
Once there, officers located an adult male victim, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
