Police Investigate Western District Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District. 

On Dec. 7, at approximately 6:57 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2900 block of Parkwood Avenue following a ShotSpotter alert.

Upon arrival, officers canvassed the area and located a 21-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
