Police Investigate Walk-In Shooting Victim

The Southwest District of the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is looking into the non-fatal shooting of a 54-year-old male on Nov. 9.

On Wednesday, at approximately 9:43 p.m., officers responded to a local hospital where a shooting victim walked in seeking treatment.

Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck.

The victim is in serious but stable condition at this time.

The victim told officers that he was driving his vehicle in the rear of the 4700 block of Amberley Avenue when he was shot by an unknown male who was wearing all dark clothing. Southwest District shooting detectives are investigating this shooting.
