The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southwest District.
On Dec. 7, at approximately 10:40 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of Wicklow Road for a reported shooting investigation.
Upon arrival, officers located 56-year-old Garrison Warren suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.
Warren was pronounced deceased by medics on the scene.
