Southwest District Shooting Investigation
On August 16, 2026, at approximately 12:24 a.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to an area hospital in reference to a shooting victim seeking treatment.
Officers arrived at the hospital and observed a 31-year-old male suffering from non-life threatening gunshot wounds to his extremities.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the shooting occurred in the 3400 block of Wilkens Avenue.
Southwest District Shooting Detectives are investigating this incident and are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2488.
