Non-Fatal Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 9.
According to a press release, patrol officers near the 1800 block of Bloomingdale Road heard gunfire at around 12:30 a.m. Shortly after, officers were called to a local hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment for multiple gunshot wounds to his face and leg.
The victim, an adult man, is listed in stable condition.
Detectives determined the shooting took place on the 1300 block of W. North Avenue. Police said investigators recovered a handgun from the crime scene.
