Officers with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to reports of a shooting on Nov. 7.
According to a press release, officers found a 22-year-old Isaiah Shackleford suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle at the Annapolis Road exit of I-295 South. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
