On July 4, at approximately 9:24 p.m., officers responded to the 2600 block of Greenmount Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 40-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body. The victim is listed in critical condition.
Northern District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
