The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) is investigating the shooting of a juvenile male on Nov. 8 on the 1000 block of Poplar Grove Street.
Upon responding to reports of gunfire, officers discovered the unidentified victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
