The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a suspicious death investigation in the Western District.
On Nov. 24, at approximately 8:28 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of W. Lanvale Street at the request of the Fire Department.
Once there, officers were informed that fire personnel extinguished a fire in the rear of the location, and that a deceased adult male victim had been located.
The victim’s remains were transported to the Office of the Medical Examiner, where he will be identified and the cause of death will be determined.
