On Oct. 21, at approximately 9:49 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers were called to the 800 block of North Lakewood Avenue, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers located a 55-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
