Police Investigate Non-Fatal Shooting After Shot Spotter Alert

A Shot Spotter alert sent Baltimore Police Department officers to the 800 block of Appleton Street on June 12.

According to a press release, officers located a 20-year-old woman, a 17-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. They were taken to local hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.

Evidence indicates that the victims were attending a block party when they were shot by an unidentified suspect.

Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 410-396-2477. Those who wish to remain anonymous can contact the Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7lockup. Anonymous texts can also be submitted to the MCS of Maryland website.
