The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a non-fatal shooting on Dec. 1. on Pennsylvania Avenue.
Around 2:35 p.m. on Dec. 1, police were called to a hospital where a shooting victim was taken for treatment. During their investigation, police learned that the 23-year-old man was shot on the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue and then taken to the hospital by a citizen.
