The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a homicide that took place on the 2500 block of Orleans Street on June 21.
According to a press release, officers discovered an adult man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his head at around 3:00 p.m. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
