Detectives from the Baltimore Police Department are investigating a homicide that occurred on Dec. 16.
According to a press release, officers responded to the 600 block of Lucia Avenue after 3 a.m. to investigate a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived on the scene, they located an unresponsive 38-year-old male, later identified as Justin Johnson, who was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
