Southern District Homicide Investigation
On August 23, 2026, at approximately 8:57 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Southern District patrol officers responded to the 2200 block of Sidney Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located an unresponsive 27-year-old Tyree Dalton suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics arrived on the scene and pronounced the him deceased.
