The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Sept. 27.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 1800 block of N. Chapel Street around 1:15 p.m. when they found an unidentified man with a gunshot wound to his head.
The victim was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
