On July 25, 2026, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Baltimore Police Department Northwest District officers responded to the intersection of Liberty Heights Avenue and Wabash Avenue for a report of a serious motor vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, officers located two vehicles with significant damage. The occupants of both vehicles sustained serious injuries.
One of the occupants, a 45-year-old woman, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other vehicle occupant was transported to an area hospital.
The Baltimore Police Crash Team responded and assumed control of the investigation.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
