Officers from the Baltimore Police Department are investigating a shooting that left one man with a gunshot wound to the top of his head.
The victim’s injuries appear to be non-life threatening. According to a press release, the shooting took place on the 4000 block of West Strathmore Avenue on Sept. 5.
