Nathaniel Tarleton, 19, was killed on Dec. 12, on the 500 block of E. 26th Street. Officers responded to the shooting following a ShotSpotter alert and located Tarleton suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at an area hospital shortly after.
Shanelle Cawthorne, 50, was killed on Dec. 13, on the 800 block of Chesapeake Avenue. Cawthorne was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Michael Hitchens III, 14, was killed on Dec. 13, on the 2500 block of Washington Boulevard. Officers responded to the shooting in Morrell Park at approximately 2:58 p.m., where they located the teenager in critical condition. He was pronounced deceased shortly after.
