The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update in a double homicide that occurred last week in North Baltimore.
Tiera Alexander, 36, and Joseph Osborne, 42, were killed in a fatal double shooting that occurred on the morning of Feb. 4. Officers located Alexander and Osborne suffering from gunshot wounds on the 2600 block of Edgecombe Circle North, shortly before 9 a.m.
Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
