Police Identify Victim in Shooting Near Mondawmin Mall

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a fatal shooting that occurred last week near Mondawmin Mall in North Baltimore.

Keshown Lake, a 24-year-old Black man, was killed Feb. 16 on the 2400 block of Liberty Heights Avenue.
