Police Identify Victim in Fatal Heaver Street Shooting

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a fatal shooting that occurred May 24 in the Eastern District.

Thomas Barnes, 28, succumbed to his injuries at an area hospital on May 27.

The incident took place in the 400 block of Heaver Street.
