The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a homicide that occurred in the Southern District.
Kyree Plummer, a 21-year-old Black man, died at a hospital on Feb. 26 after being shot the prior evening. The incident occurred on the 3500 block of 5th Street.
