The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a victim April 25.
Damien Z. Zakrzeski, 63, was killed April 22 in the 1000 block of Fleet Street. Witnesses on scene advised Zakrzeski stumbled and fell into the street as a Charm City Circulator shuttle drove by, striking the victim.
