A fatal shooting victim was identified by the Baltimore Police Department after her death on Sept. 22.
Millissa Rogalski, 37, was found shot in her head around 5:50 a.m. on the 3900 block of Belle Avenue, a news release reported. Medics pronounced her dead at the scene.
