On Jan. 9, at approximately 9:50 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to a vacant home on the 3600 block of Belair Road for a report of a body found inside of the location.
Once there, Baltimore Police Department officers found an unidentified person inside of the home, obviously deceased.
The victim’s remains were transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where the cause of death will be determined and the victim will be identified.

Update: On Jan. 18, the case was ruled a homicide. Quantae Arthur, 33, suffered multiple injuries to the body resulting in his death.
