The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.
On Sept. 18, at approximately 12:32 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to a home in the 2200 block of West North Avenue for a well-being check.
Once there, officers located a 32-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Western District detectives are conducting the investigation.
