On June 2, the Baltimore Police Department named a victim killed on the 4200 block of Park Heights Avenue.
According to a press release, the victim, who died suspiciously, sustained trauma to his head. The victim was identified as 62 year-old Kenneth McCoy.
The body was found in a decomposed state on May 31.
