The Northeast District of the Baltimore Police Department have arrested a suspect allegedly connected to a shooting on May 11.
On Oct. 26, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested 42-year-old Juan Foster of Baltimore, without incident, in the Hyattsville, Md.
Detectives transported Juan Foster to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Investigators believes Foster shot the 31-year-old male victim, following a dispute on the 3800 block of Tivoly Avenue.
