In reference to the shooting that occurred in the Southern District on Oct. 13, Baltimore Police Department detectives have arrested 21-year-old Dontr’e Carmichael of Baltimore.
Investigators learned that a 20-year-old female was shot by Carmichael while on the 1100 block of South Carey Street.
On Nov. 2, detectives arrested Dontr’e Carmichael and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
