The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the arrest of Shuaib Franklin, 25, in connection to a shooting incident that occurred Sept. 10 in the Western District.
Franklin was arrested on the scene for the shooting of a 49-year-old male victim on the 500 block of Islamic Way.
He was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
